Q. When are Tickets available?
Tickets are available now through the website – first come, first served, so don’t delay.
Q. Can I buy tickets on the day?
Tickets are ONLY available online and up to 8pm on event day. There are no tickets for sale from the event entrance. Please purchase tickets before coming to Cheadle Music and Beer Festival 2025
Q. What does the VIP ticket offer?
Skip the queues with our VIP tickets. Enjoy exclusive entrance to our VIP area, with private VIP bar and toilet area. Indoor and outdoor seating which has a great view of the main stage and other exclusive offers on the day.
Q. What are the opening and closing times?
Doors will open at 12 noon, Last entrance is 8pm and the festival will close at 10pm.
Q. Are children allowed to come to the festival?
Yes of course we are a family event. All under 16s must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by an adult.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
Apologies to your furry friends but the dog charities agree that your pooch will not be enjoy the festival as much as you and therefore Doggo’s will have to stay at home.

Q. Is food and drink available at the festival?
Yes, we are working with some of the best food and drink vendors in the UK for Cheadle Music and Beer Festival 2025. Pricing structures across the vendors attempt to cater for all budgets.
Q. Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival site?
Food or drink cannot be brought onto the festival site, except for a single sealed bottle of water (500ml max). There will be a wide variety of food stalls onsite offering a great range including organic, vegetarian and vegan options. There will be a number of bars selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You must be over 18 years to purchase alcohol, and the bars will run a Challenge 25 policy – ID may be required.
Q. Special requirements, food allergies and intolerances.
We urge Festival goers with special needs, medical conditions, food allergies and intolerances to email info.cheadlemusicandbeerfest@gmail.com once tickets have been purchased to advise us of any special requirements, pre-existing medical conditions or assistance which may be required during the festival.

Q. Do the bars take cash and card?
YES, all bars take card/phone and there are ‘cash only’ lanes in operation.
Q. Do the food vendors / fun fair / other vendors take cash and card?
Many vendors take cash and card payments, please check with individual vendors.
Q. How many people are you expecting?
We are licensed for up to 5,000 people per day.
Q. Can you come in and out of the event?
No. There are NO PASS OUTS. If you leave the event, you will not be able to return, so please ensure you have no ‘non-emergency’ reasons to leave.
Q. What is the latest admission time?
There will be no admissions after 8pm.
Q. Can I camp at Cheadle Music and Beer Festival 2025?
No. There is no camping on site. Although there are a few campsites within a ten-mile radius of the festival site.
Q. Are camping/folding chairs allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but there is a 30m radius of the stage where camping/folding chairs are strictly off limits.
Q. Are umbrellas allowed onto the festival site?
Yes, but only small umbrellas. Strictly nothing larger like fishing umbrellas or parasols.
Q. Is there anything I can’t bring into the festival site with me?
Typical items you can’t bring are drink, food, glass, for a full list of conditions of entry

Q. I don’t have a printer at home. How can I print my tickets?
If you can open the ticket on your phone, they generally scan fine, but it is always better to have a physical ticket. Most libraries have printing facilities available.
